Going to the skate park again By Latisha

Today I went to the skate park and I met my cousin their. Some tricks I did was a 180 a jump a front pop a back pop a tail gator and more tricks.

I got their at 11:00 am and got back home at 5:30 pm. When I got back home I had takeaways for dinner then when I finished eating I washed my dishes then I had dried them.

After that I got some sponge cake and ate it and it was delicious right now I’m just on my computer playing some really cool games.

Today it has been fun me and my sister have been watching tv playing on the xbox360 colouring in and doing more things.

We both had a bowl of chips and gobbled them all up. I then hopped on the computer again so I can write more holiday stories. When it was the last day of school our teacher Miss. Paton said ” If you put posts up on your blog over the holidays you win a cell phone.

But only me and my friends are doing it because we all want a cell phone so badly.

A delicious lunch By Latisha

Today for lunch I had chopsuey and it was delicious I think my dad makes the best chopsuey because it has flavours added to it and thats what makes it yum.

When I finished eating my lunch I quickly hopped on the computer and I had put a holiday story up onto my blog.

Then I went back outside to play with my cousin.

We then went to the skate park and then my aunt picked me up because my mum wanted me back home because we had to go somewhere.

Today it was so fun me and my cousin went to the skate park for a few hours then I had to go back home with my cousin so I could have lunch.

Then when I finished eating my lunch I quickly went on my home computer and put something on my blog then I went back outside.

Me and my cousin scootered to this market in panmure and he bought some coke After that we went back to the skate park and I done some insane tricks but I’m only a beginners professional at scooter’s.

I did some grinding a wehle a 180 a back wehle a few jumps and more tricks. After that my auntie came to pick me up and take me back home because I had to go to a little party.

I had a shower and then put my shoes on then we left to go my mum had made a delicious trifle cake it was so !!!YUM!!!.

Today me and my sister were outside playing on our scooters then my sister went to my aunt house because we live next to her.

My sister was there for a while and came back home to put on her shoes. Then she came back outside and then we played and went back home.

I was on my netbook and my sister was on our home computer watching dora episodes. Right now she just went up to my aunts house with my mum to use her dryer so we can dry our clothes.

I just hopped on my home computer and I’m just playing games.

Going out places By Latisha

Yesterday it was so tiring because we had gone places in pakuranga we went to go buy clothes and other things.

And we also went to the warehouse to buy a baby tub and some makeup.

 

We also went to a store where they have a sort of bread and it was fresh too so my mum walked in and bought some and for lunch we had some delicious sandwiches.

 

After that my Dad came back from golfing with his brother and his Dad. His shoes were muddy so we cleaned them and put them on our shoe racks.

My Dad works at a job when you make wood so he made some shoe racks so we can put our shoes on it

Watching movies By Latisha

Today it was so fun me and my sister had watched three movies on our home computer we hooked it up to our tv so the pictures would look much bigger we watched the movies on our aunties usb.

The movies we watched were, Hotel Transilvania, Ice Age 4,  beverly hills the new addition and escape from planet earth. They were really cool movies. We also had two bowls of chips and a really yummy raspberry fizzy drink.

We were watching movies for like 2 or 3 hours it was so fun and cool my Dad was also playing on our xbox360 he was playing a cool game.

For dinner we had mash potatoes, with lasagna and eggs it was delicious.

A quiet day By Latisha

Right now my Dad and sister went to the dry cleaner’s to dry our clothes while I’m at home on the computer writing holiday stories while my mum is sleeping in bed.

If my Dad and sister were here then it would be much louder the tv would be on my sister will be making noises but when their not at home it’s much quieter but a little boring.

I think I like it when their home because it’s much louder but at the moment I’m watching tv while my mum is having a rest I think she has been sleeping for a very long time.

A sunny day By Latisha

Today I woke up and the sun was shiny and bright then I went to the toilet then I went into the lounge to open up the curtains and then I had breakfast with my sister. We then watched some cartoons and then I made me some toasts and milo it was so yummy.

Why I had a hot milo and toast is because I have a very bad flu so I’m not aloud to play outside these days. I then washed my dishes and watched more cartoons.

After that I hopped on the computer to write some holiday storied and tell you what I’m up to in the holidays and I’m also playing some games on my home computer.

Chilling out at home By Latisha

In the morning I got up at 5:30 and I was watching tv with my sister we both had breakfast then I cleaned up my room hopped in the shower and did the couches.

 

I then scootered to the shop and when I got back home I hopped straight onto the computer then I went to go sit down and chill out with my sister.

We are eating loads of lollies and playing to but know we just want to relax and watch tv.


My cousins birthday By Latisha

Today it was my cousins birthday he had turned 4 years old it was so fun we had a barbeque and we cooked some sausages, pork chops, steaks, chicken, rump steak and plenty more of meat.

We played some games like pass the parcel and the prizes were bubbles a teck deck and these sticky hands you can throw and it will perfectly stick good on your wall.

We also played a chocolate game and if you rolled a six you could cut lots of chocolate of the bar but you only have to eat one at a time. And also my two greedy cousins took some chocolate when no one was looking to.

And the most funnest of all was whacking the penyader my aunty had arranged a penyader and we all got a turn at whacking it down my cousin as 12 years old and he did a really big wack and all the lollies fell out.

The kids also got lollie bags to. At night we had got some cake but some people missed out on cake like me and my two other cousins. We were watching a really cool movie called pitch perfect it was a cool movie to.

But the room was crowded with kids I was also holding my little cute and adorable cousin alesha ann she is only 6 months and I was also holding my other cousin makenstar but I don’t know how many months she is. My cousin might be opening his presents up tomorrow. Then we had left back home for a rest.

Wendys !!!YUM!!!

Today I had a shower and had a pie for breakfast and it was delicious. Me my mum and my sister got ready and went to wendy's for lunch it was so !!YUM!!. Me my sister and our mum went to the shops to buy load’s of lollies.

We then got home and I got my scooter and scootered back to the shops with my cousin. I had 3 dollars and bought some lollies. We then scooted back home really fast because it was pouring down so fast in panmure.

There was water falling down from shops and it was horrible it was certainly not a good day to rain.

We had got back home and we watched tv and hopped on youtube for a really long time. My dad, mum and sister got back from shopping and brought back some delicious food home.

For dinner we had chicken sandwiches with bread,

lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese it was so yummy.

What I did last night in the holidays By Latisha

Last night it was so fun I had went to the skate park more than 4 times my mum also made me a delicious pizza and I think my mum is a good cook. Because she always makes really good pizzas.

I then sat down on our really big couch and watched my cartoons. After that I went to bed and had a sleep in the morning.

When I woke up my mum went to drop my dad off at work and when she got back I was watching tv for 54 minutes and got back to bed in the morning.

Relaxing at home in the holidays By Latisha

Today at home I am just relaxing and chilling out watching tv with my sister. This morning I had a mince pie for breakfast and it was so !!YUM!!. After breakfast I had a shower then got changed.

I then walked into the bathroom to brush my hair and then I jumped straight onto the computer to write some stories and tell you my action packed holidays.

I then played some cool games on my home computer and sat down on the couch to watch tv with my sister

A rainy day in the holidays By Latisha

Today it has been raining 3 times and me and my sister have to stay inside but I think that I like it inside because it is not cold or windy it’s always warm when I’m at home with my little sister.

I am just watching tv and chilling out. For dinner I had fish and chips and my mum cooked some bacon to go with our dinner to.

It was so yum I ate all of my dinner up to because I was so so hungry right now I’m on our home computer while my sister is watching tv.

Today I made some delicious toasties with melted cheese in it and it was so !!!YUM!!!. I had made 2 toasties for me and my sister.

When we finished eating our delicious toasties I then washed me and my sisters plate then we had sat down to watch tv.

After a while we were playing on our home computer and then went on youtube.

Today Me and my sister were playing outside and then we came back inside for lunch and then we started to play a really fun game called handball and then we got on our home computer and played really cool online games and I was also writing songs down on a piece of paper.

Right now at the moment I am writing holiday stories while my sister is running around the house and jumping on my back and is also making a really big mess which I have to clean up.

I am having so much fun with my sister but she is very naughty sometimes.

Today I am just at home with my 3 year old sister and my mum were just chilling out watching tv and I’m just writing some holiday stories about what I am doing over the holidays.

My sister is outside singing shine bright like a diamond and know it just started raining so my sister had to come back inside.

My cousin is outside using our tools to fix his bike while my mum and sister are watching tv. At the moment I am playing on our home computer.

This morning I was playing with my sister we had dancing competitions and I vacuumed up the house we also played with my sisters big doll house and we also played with her toys to.

I made some cheese toasties and they were delicious. Then me and my sister got her coloring book out of our room and then I got my felts and we started coloring her book in.

After a little while me my sister and my mum had a really yummy lunch. Then my dad got back from work.

On the 22d of April I woke up watched some cartoons with my sister and then cleaned the couches had a shower then had breakfast. After that I went outside and played on my scooter then my sister had come out to play with me to.

After a while my cousin asked me if I wanted to go to the skate park so I said yes. When we had ended up at the skate park at the basin it was only a little boy their and me and my cousin.

I then scooted back home and made some popcorn with my popcorn machine. Then it started to rain after a while the rain went away and I went back to the skate park. We had been their for 30 minutes then we went back home to my cousins house then we made more popcorn with our popcorn machine and hopped on youtube.

Today on the 21st of april me and my cousin scootered to the skate park at the basin and it was so fun. I did a wheele and a back pop on my scooter and I grinded on my scooter to.

Me and my cousin had 2 pizzas before we left to go to the skate park and I took a big drink their to. Me and my cousin left at 12:00pm and got home at 3:54pm. We had so much fun and it was awesome after a while my dad and mum brought my sister to the skate park with her scooter to.

After 1 hour it was only me my cousin and these other two people which we hadn't known then after a while lots of people were showing up. When I got home me and my mum went to sylvia park to by some really cool clothes then we got home and had butter chicken for dinner and it was delicious.

When I woke up on the holidays By Latisha

When I woke up on the 21st of April me and my sister woke up so early we sneaked into the lounge turned on the tv and watched cartoons from 7:00 am till 9:00 am then we washed our faces put on some clothes and then cleaned up the lounge when our mum and dad were asleep.

My sister had nutri-grain and I had toast then we got some felts and colour pencils then coloured in a colouring book till 1:00 am and then my sister was watching tv while I was on the computer playing some games.

Then I went to sit down on the couch and watch tv after that I went outside to play on my scooter with my cousin.

Watching movies all day long on the holidays By Latisha

On the 20th of April I was watching movies all day long from the morning and it was pretty much tiring but it was fun. I had watched a lot of movies and had ate lots of ice-cream.

I then had a sleep and then I woke up and me and my sister were playing in the lounge but we were annoying our parents but we pretty much didn’t care then we sat down and watched tv after that my mum woke up around the afternoon and then me and my sister had to clean up.

It was such a really fun day just watching tv it was really cool and enjoyable.

On april the 19th when holidays started I went to my aunt's house to visit my cousins and it really awesome it was so fun me and my cousins were listening to music, playing on the bikes and scooters and we were watching movies on the ps3 at my cousins house to.

I had stayed over at my aunt's house for the night and when I woke up in the morning me and my cousin were watching movies. Then me and my family went to go buy some seafood and fire bread in the morning then we went to a market and bought some food then we got home.

By the time me and my family got home my dad grabbed the computer and watched movies. Me and my sister had two plates of ice-cream and it was delicious.

I would take a far away photograph because I think it would look better than my close up photograph.

1. Are you pleased with your Andy Warhol themed portrait? why / why not?

I am really happy with my Andy Warhol Artwork because I found doing contrasting colours really interesting.

2. What did you find easy when you created your portrait?

I found tracing over my photograph in pencil really easy.

3. What part did you find tricky when you were creating your portrait? -think about tracing round your face, outlining your face using a black marker pen, dabbing areas using the dye, dying the background.

I found dabbing the dye in a number of areas tricky because I kept smudging my artwork.

4. Who / What helped you when you were creating your portrait?

Miss Paton helped me and had told me the instructions how to make a piece of Andy Warhol artwork and if I wouldn’t know what to do then I wouldn’t have such a beautiful piece of artwork.

5. What would you do differently next time? Think about: tracing around your face, features on your face, dabbing the dye colours, colour choice, photograph, time management skills.

I would try not to smudge my artwork next time.  

6. What frustrated you when you created your Andy Warhol themed art work?

I found dying my background tricky because I kept dying within the areas I shouldn’t.

started doing this it was really frustrating because I kept making smudges but I finally finished my artwork.
